We are experienced in organising and managing relocations from Europe to the UK with a reliable carrier.

We can source rental or purchase properties, assist with school placements, arrange for pets and make a transition easier.

We can advise on how best to find a property or present your property for the rental market and tell you what the legal requirements are.

We don’t personally rent out properties but we can introduce you to the right agent to market your property, based on location and tenant expertise. We are on standby when a tenant is found to help with the practicalities and then to manage the property for you during the tenancy.

We can also find rental properties for you, either as a rental investment or for you to rent personally.

We can help you get your house ready for the sales market.

We accompany all prospective purchasers and give you feedback after each viewing. We have excellent contacts with search agents and can often ‘match’ your property to one of their clients.
